Ordering
Ordering is easy! You can shop directly through our website, give us a call, or stop by the shop in person — we love seeing friendly faces. If you’re not sure what to get, just tell us the occasion and a little about the person you’re buying for. We’ll help you find the perfect arrangement.
Absolutely — customization is kind of our thing. Whether you have a favorite flower in mind, a specific color palette, or a vibe you’re going for, we’ll work with you to make it just right. Just add a note when you order, or reach out and we’ll chat through the details.
For everyday arrangements, 24–48 hours notice is great. For weddings, events, or larger orders, we’d love to hear from you at least 2–4 weeks out so we can source exactly what you’re dreaming of. That said, if you’re in a pinch, give us a call — we’re pretty good at making things happen.
Delivery & Subscriptions
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays. We’ll do our best to get your flowers there looking fresh and beautiful. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next available day.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot at the door and send a notification. If you’d like us to leave it with a neighbor or have any special instructions, just let us know in the order notes and we’ll make a note of it.
We do, and we absolutely love it. From intimate ceremonies to full wedding floral suites — bouquets, centerpieces, arches, and everything in between — we bring the same personal touch to every event. Reach out to us directly to start the conversation. We’d love to be part of your big day.
Flowers
Freshness is everything to us. We source our flowers several times a week from trusted local and seasonal growers, and every stem is conditioned in-house before it goes into an arrangement. We’re not in the business of wilted flowers — and we never will be.
A few simple tricks go a long way! Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat, change the water every couple of days, and give the stems a fresh diagonal cut every few days. If your flowers come with a packet of flower food, use it — it genuinely helps. We always include care tips with your order. You can find further details on our Flower Care page.
Since we work with real, seasonal blooms, some substitutions may be necessary if a specific flower isn’t available. We’ll always stay true to the color palette and overall feel of the arrangement, and often the result is even more beautiful with what’s freshest that day. If something major changes, we’ll reach out to let you know first.
