These terms apply to Mel's Flowers gift certificates, vouchers, and similar promotional credit offers unless a specific offer states different terms.

$20 gift certificate terms

The $20 gift certificate is sent by SMS to the recipient's mobile number provided.
The certificate is issued in the form of store credit.
The recipient may need to create or access a Mel's Flowers account to validate and receive the credit.
The certificate is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
The certificate cannot be used toward applicable taxes or delivery fees.
Validity, exclusions, and redemption limits are shown with the specific offer.

Using vouchers and gift certificates

Voucher and gift certificate offers are applied according to the instructions supplied with the offer. Customers should follow the code, account, and redemption steps shown in the SMS, email, checkout, product page, or promotion where the offer was issued.

Unless a promotion clearly says otherwise, vouchers and gift certificates do not replace delivery fees, applicable taxes, or other charges that checkout shows before payment.

Offer-specific conditions

Some offers may include a minimum spend, product exclusions, delivery exclusions, date limits, one-use limits, account requirements, or other campaign-specific conditions. Those conditions apply when they are shown with the offer.
