We want the reviews on this website to be genuine and useful. This policy explains where our reviews and ratings come from and how we handle them.

Where reviews come from

Reviews and star ratings on this website come only from customers who bought from this website.
We do not show reviews from our other websites, from other countries, or from anyone who was not a customer.
Ratings are kept up to date: an overall rating includes every published review, and we show how many reviews it is based on.

What we publish

We publish positive and negative reviews alike, and we do not remove or hide a review because it is negative.
We may decline or remove a review only if it is offensive or discriminatory, contains someone's personal information, is not about our products or service, or appears not to be genuine. We apply the same rules to every review.
We do not change what a review says. We may reply to it publicly.

Incentives

We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for a positive one. If we ever offer something for leaving a review, we will offer it whatever the rating, and we will say so next to the review.

Testimonials

Any testimonial or customer quote we use comes from a real customer, with their permission, and reflects what they said.
